In his fourth winter at Burberry, Daniel Lee delivers a collection that feels like a declaration of confidence, a vision now firmly rooted yet constantly evolving. To close London Fashion Week, he chose a setting that mirrors his aesthetic: theatrical, urban, unmistakably British.

London After Dark
Old Billingsgate was transformed into a nocturnal cityscape: a reimagined Tower Bridge, scaffolding wrapped in Nova Check, resin puddles mimicking rain, all bathed in deep midnight blue. The atmosphere evoked a late-night London stroll, vibrant, electric, alive. The 56 looks moved like characters crossing the city after dusk, embodying Daniel Lee’s mantra : “Everyone’s going out.”
Burberry Codes, Rewritten with Confidence
The trench, the house’s heartbeat, appeared as belted dresses, softened silhouettes, and ruffled collars. Shearling coats layered over silk or leather captured that instinctive London chic. For evening, Burberry embraced shine: fringes, pearls, sequins, embroidered pompons. Deep greens, ink blues, rich browns… and a new chromatic obsession.

Plum purple, the next cult shade
Already emerging across major houses, this darker, richer “plum purple” becomes Burberry’s standout hue, a bold alternative to navy, poised to dominate upcoming seasons.
Materials That Move with the City
Supple leather, light-catching velvet, fluid silk, the collection is built for motion. Tailoring structures the silhouette, but textures tell the story of a woman navigating the night with ease and assurance.
170 Years of Heritage, Reimagined
For Burberry’s 170th anniversary, Lee avoids nostalgia. The Nova Check appears everywhere, in trenches, scarves, faux-fur jackets, not as a relic, but as a living, evolving signature. Belted coats, tied with effortless nonchalance, embody this modern, functional elegance.
