Rayan Cherki shines, Gianluigi Donnarumma slips

After hitting the post in the 5th minute, Rayan Cherki opened the scoring with a brilliant solo move, perfectly set up by Matheus Nunes (1–0, 16’).But Arsenal hit back instantly. Gianluigi Donnarumma, far too slow on the ball, saw Kai Havertz block his clearance and send it straight into the net (1–1, 18’). City then lost momentum, with Antoine Semenyo and Jérémy Doku struggling to threaten David Raya.
